Clubs need to be challenged from time to time. Club survival should not be measured as success and a skilled facilitator like Michelle can politely ask the questions that need to be asked to see a club not just survive but grow and succeed. Our club is now exploring new ways to work with GCS administration services to help put the updated strategic plan into practice.
